Description

This lecture/lab course is designed to provide students with the information and skills necessary for positive health decision-making.  Students will be introduced to holistic health/wellness concepts.  Content includes nutrition, diet and weight control, exercise prescription, and stress management.

Objectives

Acquire an understanding of the different components and principles of fitness and wellness.

Grading

Letter grades will be based upon the percentage calculated from dividing the points earned by the total of points possible.
