Description |
This lecture/lab
course is designed to provide students with the information and skills
necessary for positive health decision-making. Students will be introduced to holistic
health/wellness concepts. Content
includes nutrition, diet and weight control, exercise prescription, and
stress management. |

Objectives |
Acquire an
understanding of the different components and principles of fitness and
wellness. |

Grading |
Letter
grades will be based upon the percentage calculated from dividing the points
earned by the total of points possible.
