Number of tests: One midterm and one final, both of
which must be taken at one of our testing centers. Required on campus sessions: Two, one for the midterm and one for the final. Special labs or practicum: None Number of assignments: A variety of assignments ranging from a Internet based assignments, case studies, video assignments, web links, group assignments, and others as deemed necessary for the completion of the course. Estimated time per week: 9 hours Scheduled activities or self paced: Self-paced and some group work. Description |
An analysis
and application of the basic principles of management. Subjects include
management by objectives, supervisory leadership styles, current managerial
problems, motivational techniques, organizational problems, communications,
planning techniques and management control systems. Emphasis will be placed
on individual and group involvement through case problems, group discussions,
role playing, and other individual involvement methods. |

grade is based on the amount of points possible for the course. You will
be graded by taking your points divided by the points possible and the scale below
