| Description: | This course is designed to help students to enhance their Interpersonal Skills for career, job, and life success. The main focus of this course is to present opportunities for students to practice developing job related Emotional Intelligence skills and job related Impression Management skills. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

qualities to enhance the work environment. 2. Demonstrate self-discipline, self-worth, positive attitude, and integrity to improve the work place. 3. | Academic Policies | Dropping: If a student fails to login to the course by the 4th week of the semester, the student will be reported as a "No show" and may be administratively withdrawn from the course. |
| "I" Grades: | Incomplete ("I") is only given for the most extenuating circumstances. All "I" grades should be completed by the end of the following semester. |
| Attendance | It is expected that students will login and work on the course at least two hours each week. |
| Cheating | Cheating is NOT permitted. Any students caught cheating will receive NO points for the exam or quiz in which the cheating occurred, and/or will be subject to the disciplinary procedures of Kellogg Community College (at the discretion of the instructor). |

| Make-up Policy | Missed or late assignments make-up policy: Each assignment will specify the due date and the penalty for late or missed assignments. Assessments and feedback quizzes must be taken as listed in the weekly schedule of activities for the course. In the event of emergencies or documented situations beyond the student or the instructor's control, the student may be permitted to take the assessment or quiz late but not beyond the final day of the term. If postings are not made to the discussion forum within the due date and penalty phase, no credit will be given since the opportunity for feedback about the assignment will have passed. |
| Computer Access at KCC | It is assumed that students enrolled in this course have at their disposal appropriate equipment and software to complete the course work and communicate with other students.
