Assistance and Tech Support services

Do not hesitate to seek assistance!

At some point in time all online learners will experience technical problems or have questions related to their online courses.  Questions that are course specific (e.g. assignments, homework, etc) should be directed to your online course instructor.

Locating answers can sometimes be a task within itself.  To alleviate concern and stress, there are a number of people available and willing to assist KCC's online learners.

The Tech Support link found at the top of this page provides contact information for frequently occurring online questions or issues.

At the Tech Support page, you will find help for the following topics:

  • Technical Support
  • Registration and Student Records
  • Financial Aid
  • Testing Services
  • Library Support

Online learners are responsible for their own learning and that includes knowing when to ask for assistance.  KCC support staff are here to try to ensure a successful experience for all online learners.

You have completed the orientation!

If you are interested in registering for a course, please visit the Services for Online Students page.
