GroupWise - Email & Calendar

KCC has chosen Novell GroupWise as the preferred and College supported collaboration software for all KCC employees. < Novell GroupWise logo >

Novell GroupWise is a comprehensive electronic mail and scheduling software application.  It includes options that enable you to send items such as mail messages with attached files, appointments, tasks, and notes.

You can schedule yourself and other people for events.  Advanced scheduling techniques allow you to perform a "Busy Search" to determine when multiple people are available for a meeting.

Other tools enable you to organize your incoming and outgoing mail and print your calendar.  You may even choose to track the status on an item that you have sent out so you know when it has been opened and deleted, accepted or completed.

Here you will find general use and setup information regarding your GroupWise account.

How do I acquire a GroupWise account?
Contact the Information Services Department (I.S.) (Debbie Paul, x2715) to request a GroupWise account.  If you are Adjunct faculty, you should contact your department chair or director for authorization.
