Online Course Development Committee

The charge of the Online Course Development Committee involves:

  • Recommend to the Academic Cabinet whether or not a course should be developed as an online course.
  • Be responsible for the establishment and improvement of procedures associated with the course proposal and recommendation process.
  • Recommend to the Academic Cabinet the level of faculty stipend to be paid for each approved course. Compensation recommendations of the Online Course Development Committee will conform to requirements of the agreement between Kellogg Community College and the Kellogg Faculty Association.
  • Determine when the online course is:
    • Ready to be offered online.
    • Complete.
  • Be responsible for the establishment and improvement of processes associated with the online course development process.
