Math 99
Notebook Requirements
1) Your notebook must be a three ring binder so that you can
organize your handouts with your notes and assignments.
2) Your notebook will contain everything that you work on this
semester including:
- All class notes
- All in class worksheets
- All homework assignments
- All quizzes
3) You will need to keep everything in chronological order.
Everything that you do on August 28 must be together.
Notes
Every page of notes must have the following written in the upper right corner:
- The date.
- The word "notes".
- Page numbers. example: 2/4 (if the page is the second
of four pages of notes)
Homework
Every page of homework must have the following written in the upper right
corner:
- The date
- The word "homework"
- Assignment list. example: Section 2.4 pg137, 2-106 evens
(the actual problems only need to be listed on the very first page).
- Page numbers. example: 2/3 (if the page is the second of
three pages of HW)
Quizzes and Handouts:
You will need to 3-hole punch every quiz and handout and insert them in
the appropriate date section of your note book. Be sure to write the date
the quiz/handout was given on the upper right hand corner of the paper.
